Ramen to the Japanese is like rice to the Chinese – it symbolizes their culture & tradition. Hakata of Kyushu, is known for its tonkotsu ramen. Hakata Itton Ken is first launched in 2015 in the Fujian province, serving up authentic Hakata style tonkotsu ramen to the locals there. The brand have steadily expanded to up to 13 outlets as of 2019 and have won several awards in China.

2016年,博多一豚轩福州世欧王庄购物中心店正式开业。世欧店在坚持原有拉面品质不变的基础上,空间升级,产品升级。更多精致美食,为福州又一实力商圈带去不一样的拉面体验.
2017年,博多一豚轩加快发展步伐,相继启动福州三迪联邦中心店、并在同年增设了泉州第一家门店——东海泰禾店,一豚轩开始进入跨区域运营。
2018年,博多一豚轩进军了厦门市场,分别开设了厦门宝龙一城店以及厦门银泰国贸中心店,短短三年时间,实现了三年三城七店的目标。
2019年,博多一豚轩不懈努力,砥砺前行,升级3.0的一豚轩成功落地在福州融侨中心店,福州的第五家门店,开启了一豚轩的新篇章。

Rong, the founder of Hakata Itton Ken has vast ramen experience of over 10 years in the Japanese culinary world. He has since been interviewed by various media. Keeping the ramen makers spirit from Japan, he brought his knowledge & skills from Menya Ryu back to China & have since launched the brand in 2018.
Menya Ryu maintains the original flavors of its Ramen by being extremely careful in the selection of ingredients. Each bowl of ramen is made with time & passion, keeping the ramen makers spirit within.
